I'm gonna buy a slim tomorrow and send mine out to get fixed because i love my phat one! With it's BC (which i never use but still!) and it's 4 USB ports and way sexier design!
UGH! Sucks so much i'm so pissed off right now, and i went on youtube and typed YLOD and there's so many people that had theirs die! Sony MUST do something about this...

How did you know it was going to die? I've had my PS3 for 2 and a half years now (I have the 80GB MotorStorm bundle) and I'm afraid mine will probably break soon because most people that have had their PS3 die have had the 40/60/80GB models.
