You don't need to re-run Audyssey unless you changed something on your subwoofer itself. Changing the crossover points doesn't affect Audyssey's equalization, as it just turns off any equalization below the new crossover point.
Of course, I'm assuming that you ran Audyssey with the mic on a tripod, right? If not, I strongly recommend getting a cheap tripod and using it to re-run Audyssey with the mic at the level your ears would be, slightly above the back of your seating, and with yourself OUT of the room when it runs. The better data you provide, the better equalization you'll get from Audyssey. Of course, this may not be too crucial, considering the 605 only has Audyssey 2EQ, so it doesn't equalize the subwoofer at all.
