That's the reason for adding "DEAD" in the title. But there are those who got in on the deal (again, like the
Lightning Deal for Firefly) who are still waiting for their order but have nowhere to discuss it.
I didn't see any reason that thread got locked, other than the one guy that was talking about how he begged Amazon to give him the price. In that case his posts should just get removed.
