Easily Silent Hill 2, its the only one I've truly been interested in from start to finish. Great characters, great music, great atmosphere. Silent Hill 3 was also good but wavered a bit
I'm interested in Shattered Memories but I don't have PS2, PSP or a Wii although I did own all of them at one stage :P I hate it when that happens!
