Hey guys,
Long time no see.
Anyways, I caught this great movie two days ago and ended up enjoying it so much that I re watched it a couple of times with family and friends. I highly recommend the film for you guys to check out.
Now this thread is more about Comedy. I thought the film fits perfectly into the Comedy Category
BUT my brothers and some friends argued that while at some parts the movie is funny it instead falls under Crude Comedy and others said no it is a straight up Black Comedy.
Now I will assume that everyone knows this:
Comedy = Tragedy. (at some point of time).
Today we argue that Comedy is = Funny. (which is in general a true statement).
But when is it okay to say that the film is either:
- Comedy (Tragic).
- Black Comedy. (No definition as of yet)
- Crude Comedy (No definition as of yet)
- Dark Comedy (No definition but could it be a black comedy as well)?
