I don't see any proof of this at all. I just think they messed this up with the recent news of Viggo replacing Waltz in Cronenberg's The Talking Cure and thought it was a sequel to Eastern Promises. I doubt this happens, though Viggo is back with David for The Talking Cure. There isn't any proof in that article at all, anyone could of said that.
