PS: @toddly6666 trust me there are much, much more complicated methods out there. But you can't deny I try to be as precise as possible in the instructions I give.

Or They can Download KMPlayer . Open the Main file as you mentioned on your post which is often biggest size from Kmplayer . When the Movie is playing they can press "ctrl+e" which will capture the image and ask for destination to save the image .
