I have personally tried out the new Sharp Quattron televisions at my job. My work allowed me to bring in some of my personal Blu-Rays to display for customers and WOW!
Iron Man, Star Trek, and Pirates of the Caribbean not only looked absolutely amazing and better than I've ever seen them but every person who saw the television said the exact same thing: The images were practically jumping off the screen.

Then I did a test to see just how good these televisions are.
I put an animated title in "UP", which practically all animated titles look good on Blu-Ray so I put it on the other LED we had next to the Quattron and played them both at the same time on two of the same blu-ray players. The Quattron blew away the other LED with its intense color array and vast detail.

Then I put in Star Wars: Episode III on DVD in the Blu-Ray player to play on the Quattron. Yeah, while BluRay Players upgrade DVDs a bit, the Quattron TV gave the DVD's upgrade a powerboost. We had at least 45 people walk by and ask when Star Wars came out on Blu-Ray. They didn't believe we had a simple DVD in the player. The normal pixelation you see on all DVDs(in a BRplayer or not) was minimal and at times not even there at all.

That fourth color really does make a difference too as there were colors on Pirates I never even noticed on LCD screens.

Personally I've yet to see a TV this good and not sure if you guys are aware but Sharp is heavily promoting these with very reasonable prices

$1199-42"
$1499-46"
$1999-52"

Next payday one is coming home with me.
