Not sure about others, but I am fascinated by other cultures around the world. Mainly Europe and Asia. Their history and culture pre-dates the US' by a HUGE margin. We don't even compare.

I know the US was "seeded" with defectors from England and the like. So technically, that is where we all came from. I just feel jipped that I live in a country that has no real "history" or "culture" to speak of. Nothing like that of Europe and Asia.

The USA is only 229 years old. That's nothing. That's a drop in the bucket compared to everyone else.

Anyone else enjoy history/culture abroad? I love it and can't seem to get enough.
