I know I've seen Party Quirks on Whose Line; always a classic.

Chain-Death-Murder aka POW is another great one:

4-players; 1 stays during audience polling, other 3 leave.
Director gets a Place (usually non-geographical, but could be a country), an Occupation, and a Weapon.

2nd improvisor returns at the start of the game; First actor has just seen a murder take place, while the others simply heard the scary noise, thus, none of them can speak words (cuz they're too frightened), but miming actions and making gibberish sounds are ok. The first actor has to convey the 3 pieces of the puzzle to the 2nd, with the weapon being the last piece. Once the 2nd actor has it figured out, he stage-kills the first actor as if with the weapon in question. Then, actor 3 comes in, and now actor 2 has to convey the story to actor 3, who "kills" him afterwards and repeats the process with the final improvisor.

At the close fo the scene, the director starts with the 4th actor and asks him to identify the 3 clues. If he's wrong about any of them, the 3rd actor has to answer, then the 2nd, and if any clues are unsolved, the first reveals them.

The improv team at UMASS often drafts a guest player from the audience for this one. Guest usually goes 3rd so they get to experience both sides of the game.
