If you are looking for Movies which are "indiziert" try to find some local video-rental stores. They often sell DVDs and BDs, too.

Also you may look in Stores like:
"Karstadt" and "MediMax"
Maybe you should just ask your relatives you are visiting.

If someone from Frankfurt is here in the forum, maybe he know some hints where to find Second Hand shops in Frankfurt. Additional thing you should try to find is a so called "Trödelmarkt" (or "Flohmarkt") (google translates it with "Flea market" into english) they usually are at weekends. But there you should be a bit careful, I sometimes see Bootlegs here in Mülheim on the local flea markets...
