Hey...that's fair...to each his own.
Trust me...it took a lot of patience and getting to "understand the director" to finally start to enjoy films by Antonioni and Godard.
I think that the review by Roger Ebert about Mystery Train that ShellOil very kindly posted, sums up the idea and charm of the film.
Hey...I still can't sit through an entire viewing of Last Year at Marienbad, which would get me ostracized by most followers of this forum.
