Supposedly Uni and WB laughed hysterically at them, but Paramount may have been required to give it a whirl by their contract. Fortunately I doubt 7600 copies comes even close to the numbers that would have required it to continue |
if paramount does do this, they are in for a world of hurt with millions of consumers, unless they hevily subsidize the software. people are going to look at things like bee movie and see that its 29.99 and simply walk away. if i understand you correctly, you are saying that paramount is thinking about dropping dvd. that is insane. if they do that, there is no way on god's green earth they are going to come out ahead with only 150 million dollars.
