Ok..I went to my local Best Buy today and noticed that the Samsung 1400BD- P is only $299, same price now is listed online. There were three Blu-ray displays: Sony, Samsung, and Sharp in the store aisle. In addition in the Maganolia theater are there was a huge Sony Blu-ray display with many titles and at least 30 Sony 300 S players stacked in the center. Obviously, all of the HD Theater system were using Blu-ray players. The Blu-ray movie section was filled with people buying Blus (did not notice any takers on the HD DVD side
). One of the store managers is a friend on mine for college and we talked for a while, he told me that they had 50 Superbad blu-rays and all had been sold; in addition they had around 250 copies of POTC3 on tuesday and he estimates that less than 100 remain. Things are looking great for us. All that fun while my wife searched for a CD
