I recently got an import Dual Shock 3. It worked fine for a few weeks but now it's constantly clicking in the down direction without anyone touching the controller. It's impossible to navigate menus or play games with a controller that is constantly clicking down. I pressed the reset button on the bottom of the controller and it didn't change anything.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Could the latest system update be the cause of it? Do you know if there is a way to fix it or is the controller just defective? Any help would be appreciated.
