Thumbs up Samsung BDP 1200 / Pixar Short * POTC3

I read about a disgruntled forum member's poor experience with Samsung customer service. Here was my experience today:

I dialed Samsung's customer service line about 4:45 PM EST. I was connected to a very pleasant female rep in less than 30 seconds.

I told her about my inability to play POTC3 and Pixar Short Films on my BDP 1200 even with the latest firmware update. After excusing herself to check, she was back in less than a minute with the answer ...

Samsung is aware of the problem, but has no firmware update as of today. She said the update would appear on the Samsung website even before customer service was aware of it.

At least the customer service experience was good!
