Hey guys, I just recently stumbled upon some of my older PS2 games with saved data on the PS2 Memory Card and I was wondering how do I go about porting over the "saved data" from the PS2 Memory Card so that I utilize the saved information for playing my old PS2 games on the PS3?

Is it even possible to port over data from a PS2 Memory Card so that you can play the same PS2 games with the saved data?
