It appears that Samsung have changed their message on the website. @ the early part of the week they said the problem was fixed and to just download latest firmware... Now they say they will have a solution within the next 30 days

I should of waited for the January sales before Buying these titles

Getting Pirates of the Caribbean 3 To Play on Your Blu-Ray Player
A few weeks ago, we discovered that the Blu-Ray version of Pirates of the Caribbean 3 was not playing correctly on many manufacturer's Blu-Ray
players including Samsung's BD-P1000, BD-P1200, and BD-P1400. We are currently working to resolve the problem.
