I wouldn't blame it on Warner. If you ever work in a factory you'd now how things run. You'll have employees with good day and bad day and you might have employee whose HD-DVD supporter
. I'm pretty sure packaging is automated, may be the machine failed to drop the disc or something.
But it sucks though that you waited this long for the disc and when you got it. It's not there. Hope they send you a replacement soon.
