Thanks for your replies guys! I think I've figured out what the problem was. I had my satellite receiver on top of my BD player. Never thought it would be a problem since my BD player doesn't have any vents on the top of the case. Never realized how much heat that damn Sat Box puts out.
I guess that my Sat receiver having vents both on top and bottom should have given me a clue.
I've since moved my components around giving my prized BD player it's own shelf.
