It's important to note that the RGB setting over HDMI causes banding on some HDTVs during Blu-ray playback due to bad signal processing in some HDTV units. All PS3 users should at least experiment with the Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr setting to see if it produces superior picture quality for them, as a number of units are known to handle this signal better than RGB.
Note that both the RGB Full setting only affects your output when you select RGB over HDMI, and that Super White On only affects your output when using Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr.
Recommending that users use both is misleading and unhelpful.
