Have in mind that not all the clips on these compilation movies may be transfered from the clip's original negatives or rare remaining surviving elements but may be from elements derived from them in creating the new films. As High Definition home video progreses through the years and scanning transfering techniques in 2k and 4k evolve as the mainstream manner to transfer movies, it'll be like DVD all over again and many classics will be resurrected and preserved.
