What's your PSN ID? KZ3 has a
very sensitive profanity filter (that's getting fixed in a patch soon I think). If your name is considered offensive to the server it will kick you and not explain why.
I'm not sure, but I haven't seen a "kick" feature for players yet. I know the game will automatically boot you if you are misbehaving (not playing the game or team killing lots, etc) but I don't think players can vote out other players unless I just haven't seen the option.
