You're starting off well with Uncharted I and II. Both of those are great.
My reccomendations:
- God of War trilogy
- Dead Space (haven't played part II yet, but I've heard it is good)
- Killzone 3
- Resident Evil 5
- Bioshock I and II
- Beatles: Rock Band (because it is the Beatles)
- Batman: Arkham Asylum
- Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition (The Ultimate Sith Edition has additional levels. The Force Unleashed I was pretty fun, but part II was way too short and easy in my opinion)
