I used to be a long-time customer of Netflix. About two months ago I noticed that movies in my queue were not being sent. From my experience, when a movie at Netflix goes to "long wait" or "very long wait", it will be weeks before seeing anything. I decided to drop Netflix because I looked at paying $20 a month for no movies as an absolute waste of money.
When I dropped Netflix, I went over to BB. I have been very satisfied with BB in the last couple of months. I don't always get what I want when it is released, but it has never taken more than three to four days to get it ultimately.
I am probably one of the harder customers to satisfy since all I rent are the new releases (Blu-Ray whenever possible).
I noticed that my subscription price just increased $2 per month, but I am an avid movie watcher, so the extra charge does not bother me at all (as long as I keep getting movies in a short period).
