India/Bollywood Receiver shuts off due to low voltage

My Setup (everything below is in one room)
1)PS3 with PS Move

2)Xbox360 with Kinect

3)PC( Nvidia GTX465, Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium,8gb DDR3 Ram,AMD X2 dual core processor 3Ghz,Samsung blu-ray drive, 2tb internal HDD,2 external WD 1tb HDDS, Coolermaster Haf x cabinet)

4)Onkyo HT-RC270 receiver

5)Polk Cs20 center speaker, Sub ESP 550wi subwoofer, 6 TSi 300 speakers, making a 7.1 setup

6)Optoma HD67 with a 170inch white matte screen.

7)Nvidia 3d vision

8) Sony Bravia 32inch 1080p LCD HDTV

9)Logitech MX550 wireless keyboard and mouse

10) Apple iPad first gen, serves as aux device(eg- Disney second screen) and remote for HT

The problem is that Iam getting low voltage these days and the receiver shuts off. I hear a clicking sound as it tries to turn back on in vain.
What can I do to fix it? Should I get a voltage stabilizer or some kind of UPS? I only want it to have a stable voltage. What specifications have to be met by a stabilizer/UPS?
