I just watched all four seasons of The Guild and saw two people that have played on The Big Bang Theory. Made me wish summer was over to start the Fall Season already but then I'm reminded that soon after that Winter starts and I hate the cold. :P
I'll give you two clues as to who has appears on both shows. Sheldon's sworn enemy and the other
