Like I have said before:
Even though I dislike the Jabba/Boba-Fett scene from ANH, I have no problem of it staying in the movie because my awesome
'Chapter Skip button' fixes that problem with no fuss.
Now regarding the Greedo shooting first scene, I also would have no problem if it was left in too,
only if ILM adds in a CG waitress that bumps into him causing his blaster to go off accidentally.
