I've read several times from HD DVD fans that HD DVD has grounds for a lawsuit against Warner for breach of contract. I know these are just internet nobodys just like me, but I do have to ask... Do they have grounds for a lawsuit? I thought Warner was waiting until May so they can avoid something like this. Is making an announcement a breach of contract?

I know that these are HD DVD fans and will say anything, but I was just curious.
