I'm flexible when it comes to CPUs: for the first 15 years, I used AMD-based CPUs in my PCs, but my last two builds were based on Intel CPUs, and my next upgrade is probably going to be an Intel as well (unless the
Bulldozer CPUs deliver on its nickname
).
With GPUs, it has to be
ATI/
AMD for me (the only exception being the RSX GPU inside my PS3; if I could swap it with an AMD equivalent, I would
). Nvidia's business practices left me with a bitter taste in my mouth (and apparently, with SONY as well
); I want no part of them if I can help it.
