Anything from JL you can't go wrong with. With that said though to me for cost and sound quality, just can't beat Pioneer. Ever looked into their D-series speakers? In my opinion Pioneer doesn't get the respect it should get in the car audio world. Companies like JL, Alpine, Kicker, Rockford and so on are favorable to most, and honestly I myself have owned them. With that said I find myself always going back to Pioneer. I just prefer their "warmer" more "natural" sound. Not sure if you've heard of Sonic Electronicx but they have great deals on car audio equipment and are certified dealers, so all warranties are covered.
