No your body will not explode. Your tissues (skin, heart, etc...) would expand because of the boiling fluids, but not explode.
You would not freeze instantly.
Because there is no air pressure to keep your blood and body fluids in a liquid state, the fluids would "boil." This would cause your body to lose heat energy rapidly, the fluids would freeze before they were evaporated totally. It would take from 30 seconds to 1 minute. So it is possible to travel between air locks with no suit.
