Been eating breakfast, and a snack at 4:00. Before, I only ate lunch and a late dinner, and sometimes junk food on the weekend while watching BDs. Also gave up fast food, except one day a week (Friday is the night all bets are off) gotta do it to keep my sanity. Anyway, lost 2 kgs in about two weeks. 16 more to go. Was 104, now 102, looking for 86.
Will try to add some more biking and long walks since weather is getting cooler. Still focusing on making a life change for diet.

12:30 lunch
4:00 snack
7:30 dinner
Will try to add another snack at 10:00 and a late night snack too. Also haven't been drinking enough water.

But, drinking less beer and more red wine, tonight no booze.
