I know it's not my post you quoted, but just thought I'd chip in!
I am watching them in story order, so started last night with episode 1 / TPM. It just gets better now with every film, climaxing with the classics - eps 4 & 5, ANH/ESB - before dropping in quality (a little) with Ep 6 / ROTJ.
