For those with HTPCs or any HD recording devices like TivoHD, anybody out there recording in HD?

What I'd like to do is get a copy of the whole program, ads and all, on a few DVD-Rs and recombine them to play back on a PS3. That's the plan. (Have to keep the file size small so that it doesn't exceed the 30 minute PS/TS playback limit on the PS3)

So anybody? Your help is much appreciated!
