While driving to work this morning I heard an ad for Toshiba hyping their wonderful HD-DVD players stating at $149 plus seven free movies. The interesting part of the spot was the disclaimer at the end saying neither the player nor the movies could be returned or exchanged. I guess they are blowing them out....and don't want them back! I just wonder how many poor schmucks are going to get lured into buying one then find out the format is all but dead. Sorry...no returns or exchanges!
