fake id say with about 99.9% accuracy. i saw them as well, selling pretty cheap and left them alone. you can tell from blu ray emblem at top. up to you if you want to see what quality is when you get or you can report to ebay now.
reason i know is a year or so ago i won a steelbook of the wrong turn collection. well when i got you could tell the blu rays were actually burnt cd9 or whatever you call them. got my money refunded through ebay soon after.
