Just got this off of Gorezone.net. They need to stop with the remakes. In my eyes DePalma's Carrie is about as perfect a movie as they come. I do like Kimberly Peirce's film Boys Don't Cry but do we really need another remake. I know it's gonna happen no matter how much I hate it but how can you improve on a nearly perfect movie. Carrie (1976) is an awesome piece of filmmaking and I just don't know how comfortable I am with this. They already remade it for TV a while back and that was OK but also useless. Oh well what can I do.
