This is how my menu looks. Ofcause you can't be sure by using my contrast, brightness and color settings but the rest is fine to use.

>Link< use natural color mode, 6500K color temp, skin tone is good at 0 because epson pj's have a tendency so over saturate. Gamma i sat at 2.2 but many also have it at 2.3 and even 2.4. Color temp and gamma i believe is best set at higher than 6500K/2.2 rather than lower in menu if you have too choose.
I also have my lamp at low power and iris at normal to make it less noisy. frame interpolation can be used at low setting maybe when watching tv only but most people don't like it too much as it tends to make pannings and movements look unnatural. I have mine off all the time but 4-4 on for movie watching. The iris can also be turned off for casual tv watching.
Remember to turn your iris off when calibrating as that will makes it easier too do calibration. You can turn it back on after worth.
