Finding Nemo has a July 2013 release date in Germany (based on various websites). It's definitely not a 2012 release in Europe and the Middle East, so my bet is that we'll all be getting in Summer 2013.
Brave is getting a December 2012 release over here.
Strangely enough, both sequels will see a BD release (confirmed in Greece for the time being). Even Cinderella 2.

The only sequel i don't see getting a release on blu would be Belle's Magical world due to the horrible print damage, other than that all of them i would think would get separate releases.
