I guarantee you they will be. Those features were edited (and likely shot) in SD for the 1996 laserdisc and then were carried over to DVD in 2005. There's no way Disney's going to go back and remaster them in HD. They didn't even bother making the "Reflections on Alice" featurette and "Pig and Pepper" deleted scene on the Alice in Wonderland disc HD even though those features were produced only a year before for the Un-Anniversary Edition DVD.

I actually think (or hope) that if Many Adventures ends up being a 2-Movie Collection, that it gets paired with Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin. The Tigger Movie, Piglet's Big Movie, and Pooh's Heffalump Movie feel more like spin-offs to me, and it seems Disney feels the same way since those three were bundled together in a DVD boxed set at one point.
I'm also with EricJ that the anthology features will be probably be bundled together in 2-movie collections based on theme. Otherwise, I think the rest of your list is spot-on.
