I am glad to see that Aladdin is going to be coming out. When I was a kid that was one of my favorite movies to watch so I am definitely looking forward to this release. However, I suppose the reason that it won't be until next year when it finally comes out is because the may be planning to bring out the entire series in one big trilogy much like they did with the Lion King.
