What I always do is I move the plastic and see if it moves with it. If you can't get it to move then its a scratch. Just don't rush into it as you could stretch the plastic if not careful.

I couldn't seem to spot these lines on the scan on the release-page.

It does kind of look like it's part of the artwork, as if it's on that camera-screen or something, like a crack or scratch.
So I'm not sure if I'll bother with trading it or anything, it's just something that caught my eye at a closer look.
Seeing the artwork isn't very "clean", but rather kind of "roughed up", it doesn't show very easily.
