Default Lossless audio codecs on Blu-ray discs

Hi everyone,

I've just joined this forum, and I'm hoping to invest in Blu-ray soon, although I'm waiting for the second-generation players to come out.

My question relates to the lossless audio codecs, i.e. Dolby Digital TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio. Of the Blu-ray discs released to date, only a few (e.g. 'Kingdom Of Heaven') appear to have these lossless tracks. Is my impression correct - and when is it expected that Blu-ray discs will start to appear with at least a DD TrueHD track as the norm rather than the exception?

I know none of the current Blu-ray players have decoding for these lossless codecs (except possibly via firmware upgrades that may now be available), but presumably, we can expect at least some of the second-generation wave of players to include this?
