I'm sure you can dig up some of those old threads with a little effort. Since the VSX-94TXH is the pinnacle of them all, I think it goes without saying that it's highly recommended. I can also honestly say that you don't have to worry about it being obsolete (it is quite "futureproof") anytime soon.
