That's simple. Bitstream all.
The BD30 does not internally decode True HD or DTS-HD MA, so if you set it to PCM, all you are going to get is the DD track or DTS 1.5 Mbps track decoded in the panny and sent out as LPCM.
To get the benefits of the lossless tracks, you need to bitstream them out via HDMI and let you receiver do the heavy lifting. I am not familiar with your receiver, but if your receiver does not decode True HD or DTS-HD MA, your SOL anyway since the panny can't do that either.
