We owe it to Warner for the decisive blow. Their timely move to support Blu-ray essentially started the snowball/domino effect and HD-DVD's remaining support fell apart in just over a month. Otherwise this might have gone on for the rest of the year.
Of course if it weren't for dedicated Blu-ray customers who helped Blu-ray outsell HD-DVD consistently, Warner might not have made this move. Well done everyone.
