I was just at my local Target today (they had 2 80gb and no 40's) and I spoke with a manager and he in fact said that there will be a new 120gb PS3 within the coming month.
I went to buy warhawk on sale for $39.95.
Not sure if this is news or not but I thought I'd mention it.
