This has me biting my nails. When I ordered LOA I specifically added another (low-priced) item on my wish list and specified "In as few shipments as possible", in an attempt to ensure that they outer-boxed it. But then I jumped at the one-day Casablanca box set sale, and they shipped my cheapo item with
that box instead!
Leaving poor old LOA to travel alone through the desert of standard two-day...
