Well, I got a disc with a stain similar to that one, but not exactly the same. But the disc works fine, with no problem at all. It's an American BD, Replicant. The protective layer on Blu-Ray discs are very good.
And my Creature is not like that, I got a beautiful looking disc, with no stains or marks. And still, it freezes and glitches. But not on other players. So... it's not a problem on the disc, it's a firmware problem.
For those of you who also had this problem, try and test the disc on a 3D player or a newer player. Test it on different players.
I once heard a case of someone who bought a BD and had to downgrade (yes, that's right!) the firmware to make the BD work.
Blu-Ray is a GREAT technology, until... these kind of problems appear, rs.
I remember that the 3-Disc edition of Avatar also gave a few people a little headache when it was first released. And a firmware update solved the problem.
